Reservation Procedure

Sheraton Suzhou Hotel and Towers will set up the Star Group for guests reservation. The start date for that will be arranged from February 1, 2008. The end date will be May 31, 2008. Any reservations made after that time will be subject to guest room and rate availability.

Extensions within 3 days before and after that arrival and departure dates will be charged at the same rate but subject to space availability.

Last minute early departure of the confirmed groups will be charged a full length of stay.

Check-in / Check-out Policy

Sheraton Suzhou Hotel and Towers check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. Room assignments will be handled expeditiously based on guest room availability. Check-out time is 12:00 noon and requests for a late check-out will be subject to room availability.
