Q:  I am not a member of AIS, can I attend the conference?
A:  No, this conference is only open to current members of AIS. However, you may join AIS as part of your conference registration. For more information about AIS, or to become a member, visit our website at www.aisnet.org.   

Q:  If I am a presenter, do I have to register?
A:  Yes. ALL participants must pay the applicable registration fees, including workshop speakers, paper presenters, session moderators and conference committee members.

Q:  Can I pay after I attend the conference?
A:  No. Registration forms can not be processed until payment is received in full.

Q:  Can I register and pay onsite?
A:  Yes.  AIS accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express.  Registration badges will not be issued until payment is made in full. Due to space limitations, we strongly encourage all participants to register and pay in advance. Early registration fees are offered at a discounted rate.

Q: What is the recommended attire for the conference?
A: Conference attire will be casual and comfortable. Check from http://www.suzhou.gov.cn/English/index.shtml  for the current weather conditions before you pack.

Q: I have special dietary needs; how can I request special meals?
A: We are happy to honor your special dietary needs. Please indicate your request on your registration form prior to the conference. All special dietary requests must be made prior to the conference itself; requests made on site may not be honored.

Q: Are the conference proceedings included in my registration?
A: Yes. Conference proceedings and CD will be included in the registration pack.
